Just wanted to share how amazing our recent experience working with Maria and Kellie at CalRes was. We needed to do some pretty major upgrades in a rental condo and we needed to find some new tenants as well. My wife and I both work full time and did not have the time to handle this. And it wasn’t your typical easy rental. Unfortunately, we had a roof leak, AC replacement, refrigerator replacement, tree removal, and a fence replacement.
